The Founder of Tāhuna Hideaway, Rebecca, is a qualified property manager and revenue management expert with an in-depth understanding of the short- and long-term rental market.
With a strong focus on pricing strategy, performance, and owner outcomes, Rebecca ensures each property is positioned to achieve the best possible results while maintaining a high standard of care and presentation.
Originally from Hawke’s Bay in the North Island of Aotearoa, Rebecca has lived in Queenstown for over ten years and knows the area, market, and seasonal dynamics exceptionally well.
Our Operations & Property Manager, Morgan, brings eight years of hands-on experience in property management and operations to the Tāhuna Hideaway team.
A true procedure queen who never misses a beat, Morgan expertly juggles day-to-day operations, systems, and people, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her ability to stay across the detail while managing the bigger picture makes her an integral part of the business.
Morgan fully understands and embodies Tāhuna Hideaway’s vision, bringing both professionalism and a warm, approachable presence to her role. Originally from Essex in the United Kingdom, she now proudly calls New Zealand home and holds NZ citizenship.
Our Guest & Accounts Coordinator, Lucy, joins us all the way from Oxford and has spent the past six years living in Queenstown, where she has developed a strong appreciation for the area and its seasonal rhythm.
Lucy is highly intelligent, direct, and realistic in her approach. She brings clarity and efficiency to both guest communications and accounts, ensuring everything is handled accurately and with consistency.
Before joining Tāhuna Hideaway, Lucy held a management role at the Mons Royale store, where she further developed her leadership skills. Now, as a key member of our team, Lucy plays an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly and to a high standard.
Our Residential Property Manager, Emily, Originally from Dunedin, she brings a wealth of experience and a familiar face, as we worked together at another property management company in the past.
Emily has lived in Queenstown on and off for the past 9 years, with her husband Hayden and their adorable daughter Olive.
With her keen eye for detail and love for procedures, Emily will ensure everything runs smoothly, and her exceptional people skills and passion for getting to know our tenants make her a perfect fit for our team.
Our Junior Property Manager, Abby, is another Kiwi and a valued part of the Tāhuna Hideaway team.
She brings a diverse background, having worked across a range of roles, which has equipped her with a broad skill set and a practical, adaptable approach to property management. Her hands-on experience, calm nature, and willingness to learn make her a strong support across both owner and guest services.
With a great work ethic and a genuine care for doing things properly, Abby plays an important role in keeping our properties running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our Guest Services superstar, Jessie, is originally from Ireland and has strong family ties to Queenstown, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the area and what makes it so special for our guests.
Naturally intelligent and a born leader, Jessie brings a calm confidence to everything she does. She is incredibly kind, people-focused, and always puts guests first, ensuring every stay feels seamless and well cared for.
With a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the business, Jessie is a wonderful addition to the Tāhuna Hideaway team and plays a key role in delivering the warm, personal service we’re known for.
