Within walking distance to the beautiful historic village that is Arrowtown, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, this wonderful holiday home is perfect for your next relaxing staycation.
This sun-soaked, well maintained home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and spacious open-plan living areas as well as a separate laundry for added convenience. There's plenty of room to cater to and to entertain all members of the group/family. While a heat pump, woodfire and heat transfer system create a content and cozy atmosphere during the winter months.
The mature, manicured gardens perfectly complement this home and create an idyllic alfresco entertaining space to unwind after a day full of activities. There are also ample parking spaces on-street and off, however the garage will not be available for guest use.
Start your morning with a tranquil walk to get coffee at one of the nearby cafes, or head out for a hit at either Arrowtown, The Hills or Millbrook golf courses which are each within a 10 minutes' drive of the property. The local four square as well as multiple restaurants and bars are also just a stone's throw away.
This property is 2 stories; however it is only the garage on the bottom floor. The second story of the property is accessible via a path/ramp to the right hand side, this is wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms as well as the living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas are on the second story.

A Perfect Place
Paul F - 6th January 2024We stayed at Botanical Bliss as a family, 5 adults and 1 toddler, over the Christmas week and had a wonderful time. The place is very spacious with plenty of storage, easily accommodating all of us very comfortably. Overall the property was very well equipped with plenty of crockery. The outdoor space and views were “bliss”. Well located in Arrowtown within easy walking distance of the centre and all amenities.
