The owners built a large kitchen area as it is the heart of the home and perfect for everyone to eat and drink around.

Outdoor Area:

Step outside to enjoy the fresh Queenstown air on your private patio. It's the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax in the evenings after a day of adventures. Simply step outside onto the balcony for 180 degree views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

• Interaction

  We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

• Rules

  The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

• Guest Access

  Guests will be sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. This property has one garage car space.

• Neighborhood

  Koa on Thompson is centrally located in Queenstown, giving you easy access to the vibrant town center, local cafes, and stunning natural attractions. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or exploring the local food scene, everything is within reach. With a 2 minute drive to the city centre and 14 minute walk to the centre.

• Getting Around

  Located just above the CBD (a 14-minute walk into town) There are three different ways to walk to and from the apartment to town. The quickest way is following the road down into town, which means an incline on the way home. However, you can also walk along the top of the hillside and take the stairs or walk through the QT and Rydges hotel using the elevator.

• Other things to note

  Please note the indoor fireplace is currently out of order.
