Guest Access:
Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests have full private access to the apartment, shared outdoor areas, and on-site parking.
Each property has one designated parking space. Please note there is also a studio and an apartment, each requiring their own parking. Kindly park accordingly and ensure you do not block other guests.
Please note the property has a number of stairs may not be suitable with mobility issues.

We are available to answer any questions prior to or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5pm.

This property is situated in a residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00pm and 8:00am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00pm and 8:00am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
During the hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am, neighbours or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
