The Space:
Immerse yourself in opulence at The Goldmine, a lavish urban retreat designed for comfort and style. Its beautifully presented interior is brimming with quality finishes and has been designed for effortless entertaining. Indoor and outdoor lines are blurred, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out to the spa pool and vast terrace.
Bedrooms:
Retreat to decadent bedrooms featuring lavish furnishings and a luxurious atmosphere. Unwind in the lap of luxury and indulge in a restful night's sleep. Offering generous sleeping arrangements, the home has a choice of stylish bedrooms and bathrooms for guests on both levels. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the two queen bedrooms upstairs share a family bathroom (with tub), and there is a second ensuite bedroom downstairs.

Kitchen and Living area:
A gourmet's delight, the well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-notch appliances and chic design. Experience the joy of culinary perfection in a space that exudes sophistication. The spacious living area includes a private TV room so you can watch movies and lounge on the couch, while the sitting room opens out to the outdoor space and kitchen with designer touches so you can soak in the ambience of urban glamour while surrounded by modern comforts.
Outdoor Areas:
Step into chic outdoor spaces, a private haven within the urban landscape. Enjoy moments of serenity or entertain guests in style on your exclusive terrace. The terrace offers a large dining table that seats eight people in front of a large woodburner fire and a private hot tub to the side; this area is an entertainer's dream. In addition to this, there is a private elevated space above the house that offers comfortable seating, a fire pit and a lawn perfect for lawn games that we provide.

Dive into the urban buzz with nearby attractions and activities. The Goldmine is your gateway to an indulgent blend of urban excitement and relaxation. This sun-filled home is less than a one-minute drive or 5 minute walk from the iconic gold rush centre and strolling distance to Millbrook Resort. Strike gold at the wonderful cafés and dining options nearby or book an escape at the championship golf course and a neighbouring award-winning spa. The centre of Queenstown is a beautiful 20 minute drive from the home, and Coronet Peak only 10 minutes drive to the mountains entrance.
Please note - There are tenants that live above the garage. This does not disrupt your stay however you do need to share the driveway with them, we have nominated guest parking in front of the garage, so tenants are out of your way. The garage will have an owner's car in it, but you can still use the area for storing ski gear etc. There are two mountain bikes also for your use while you stay.

Lovely home and location

Very convenient for Millbrook (two excellent restaurants and two excellent golf courses) and to Arrowtown (many excellent restaurants and another excellent golf course). E-bike trail’s outstanding and not to be missed. Frisbee golf in Queenstown good fun too.

Wonderful stay at Gold Mine
New User - 6th March 2023Had a wonderful stay at Gold Mine Arrowtown with my family. It was the coldest week of the year, but the house was nice and toasty. We felt so at home - it was tidy, it was clean, and it was conveniently located to Arrowtown and many wineries (Amisfield and Akurua). We love waking up to the mountain view and soaking in the spa pool beside a fireplace. The outdoor space is absolutely a dream come through. Would have loved it though if the space was more private. BEAUTIFUL!

The spa was perfect, the outdoor fire place was beautiful and we absolutely loved our time here. The master bedroom felt so separate from the rest of the house which was ideal.
