Widely know for our adventure sports activities, Queenstown is also a base for exploring the regions vineyards and historic mining towns. There's bungee jumping off Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge and jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers as well as more relaxing pursuits like the Onsen Hot Pools or wining and dining at some of our world class restaurants and bars.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
