This property is spread across 3 levels, with stairs to each level. On the ground floor you will find the garage, and the studio (which is seperate to the main house). The second floor is where all three bedrooms, the laundry and the bathroom and ensuite are. On the top floor is the living/kitchen area as well as the outdoor area.
