Unwind from an adventurous day in Queenstown to this minimalist retreat, featuring clean lines and simple finishes at every turn. Its naturally lit floor plan and neutral and airy design create a tranquil space for you to relax and hide away.
Open up the sliding glass doors to the wooden balcony and you will be greeted with the contrasts of aqua blues and emerald greens from Lake Wakatipu. The floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the bedrooms allow you to soak in the peaceful alpine surroundings. A few bonuses are the warmth of the fireplace in winter, a separate lounge with a pull-out single couch, and king-sized beds in every room- ideal for larger groups with friends or family.
This home is only minutes away from Lake Wakatipu and centrally located between Frankton and Queenstown, where you will find a hub of eateries, retail therapy, and bars.
The property is spaced over 2 levels. 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites as well as the garage and laundry are found on the ground floor. The kitchen, living and balcony areas as well as one of the bedrooms, a bathroom and the seperate lounge are located on the top floor

Beautiful home
Leonie K - 9th January 2023This is a beautiful home with amazing views. Looks exactly like the photos provided and as described, only 7ish minutes drive to town. This home is superbly clean and we loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and the bifold doors to every bedroom. Lovely to wake up to the birds chirping in the morning with the fresh NZ air. We had the perfect stay and would definitely come back.
